Frequently Asked Questions
When Does Registration Close?
Registration closes on May 31, 2016 or when sessions fill up at a maximum of 30 Campers per session. If participants register late, all pertinent camper information forms are due at the time of registration.
Do I have to register and pay for all session(s) at one time?
No, but registration is on a first come-first served basis. You may reserve a space with a Deposit of a Non-Refundable Fee $150.
Example: Session #1 is from 6/20– 6/24/2016. To reserve a space in this session is a $125. The balance is due no later than June 1, 2016. *We prefer that registrations be paid for as they occur.
Early registrations are eligible for a discount within a specified date range. If you choose to register at a later date for additional sessions, the discount will no longer apply.
Do I get a discount if my child can’t come every day?
No. Camp activities are planned for all participants to enjoy on a daily basis. If you elect not to have your child participate, no camper fees will be credited for days not in attendance.
Do you offer Transportation?

When is all of my Registration Paperwork Due?
We request that all information be submitted no later than June 1, 2016. Late registrants must submit all required forms at the time of registration.
What happens if I do not turn it in?
A camper registration is not considered fully completed until the paperwork has been submitted. If paperwork is not turned in, the camper cannot attend camp.
No refund will be given for the missed day(s) due to incomplete records. To assist parents in meeting submission deadlines, we will provide several reminder notices regarding the due date and the status of submission. This policy is MANDATED by the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Can I register now and send in my payment when the monies become available?
We have made arrangements for registration via On-Line Credit Card Payment, Paypal & Bill Me Later. Cash or Money Order’s can be made in person at one of our in person registration days at Towson University. Installment arrangements must be made through the Director. Please refer any registration and payment concerns to Mrs. Brown 410-541-6791. We work with individuals and families on a case by case basis. However, full registration and payment must be received before the camper attends camp.
Do you have any payment plan or scholarships?
Do you accept payment vouchers from state and federal government agencies? We do not offer sponsored scholarships at this time, nor do we accept payment vouchers from state or federal agencies. Please refer any payment issues to Mrs. Brown 410-541-6791.
Do I have to drop my camper off at the scheduled start time or can I bring him/her anytime?
In order for your child to have the best camp experience possible, regular attendance is best.
All campers are placed in activity groups and irregular attendance makes it difficult for your child to bond with other group members. If your camper is dropped off after 9 am, special arrangements will need to be made in advancewith the Director .
Activity Groups utilize a variety of campus venues, and your child will need to be escorted to the appropriate site upon arrival. More information on this can be found under the "Parents" tab.
Can I get a list of other participants to check for carpool options?
We cannot distribute private information for campers. As an alternative, we can verify for you that a particular participant is currently registered. We will be happy to extend your contact information with the other camp families as a courtesy.
Can I attend one of the day camp sessions to see what its like before I register?
No. We cannot allow anyone who is not registered to participate in our camp. This policy is MANDATED by the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Our website is comprehensive and provides valuable information on the nature of our Summer STEM Camp. If you would like further information , please contact the Camp Director, Mrs. Brown at (410) 541-6791.
